IMPROV MOVEMENT
In practice, as a warm-up, we will explore the consistence of the internal space of our body. What could it feel like as well as what opportunities does it offers to us.
After that, in pair interaction, we will enable the body to adapt to current situations itself, through sharpening of fine sensitivity, trying to let go of control and trust our precious life.
