Everything is yoga! As a sports scientist, therapist, former martial artist and trained dancer, I have always felt the need to develop movement concepts that pick people up as a whole. A phenomenon has emerged from my many years of therapeutic work: the muscles as a completely underestimated organ in connection with our emotions.
