KUNDALINI YOGA with SATYAA (90 minutes)
Satyaa is known as a mantra and kirtan singer and has been performing all over the world since she met Pari, her husband in India in 1995. Originally from France and Italy, she currently lives in Munich and Corfu. In 2005 she came in contact with Kundalini Yoga and fell immediately in love with it. She felt attracted to this dynamic form of yoga, its practicability and was amazed how highly effective this yoga technology was in promoting health, aliveness and wellbeing in combination with Self-Knowledge.
Satyaa has been trained in India by Gurmukh, a disciple of Yogi Bhajan (the founder of kundalini Yoga) and is teaching Kundalini-Yoga since 2009; Her yoga classes are sparkling with aliveness, she is combining various dance elements, its lots of fun and gives a good kundalini yoga workout to body, mind and soul. This style of yoga combines mouvements, breath, chants, mantras, sound vibration to awaken the spirit, energise the body and relax the mind.
Satyaa teaches regularly at yoga festivals, spiritual gathering where she is invited for concerts as well as in Corfu in the summer months where she leads chanting retreats with her husband Pari.Inspired by the science and experience of the kundalini Yoga Mantras, she created and composed 3 albums of the most prominent Kundalini Yoga Mantras which she often uses life in her classes.
