As a teacher I have interests in yoga philosophy, alignment in Asanas and many of the foundational elements regarding the method of Vinyasa by linking breath and movement. I am daily inspired by the contributions of Jivamukti’s Sharon & David and this Jivamukti method, along with my mentor Rima Rabbath for her unconditional love support and inspiration.
In Spanish there is beautiful refrain, „Se hace el camino al andar,“ or „one makes the path by walking.“ In this way I hope to inspire and serve others by offering seekers an integrated practice and experience of Yoga as I have practiced and understood it from my teachers. Yoga practice not only as an instrument towards liberation– but as liberation itself – as taught in the tradition of Jivamukti. A tool to help us learn to be more receptive in order to nourish our highest potential – Yoga transforms the physical body and the internal layers of consciousness to shake up our karma and break us into the magic of now-ness.
