Risk is Reward: Evolving Hand-balances, Inversions and a Meditative Mind (120 minutes)
Dylan invites all to join this work towards contentment in even the most challenging positions. We’ll go step-by-step towards balance, both externally and internally. Interspersed with our most demanding arm-balances, we’ll find ourselves refining vital internal elements of yoga: breath, bandha and the calming of our consciousness. Perhaps most importantly, we’ll observe our ability to move forward into our fears… with confidence and joy!
