Set Sail on the Breath (90 minutes)
All traditions, all styles, all yogas unite around the sacred breath. Take thousands of years of collected, tried and tested wisdom — and apply it in this very moment! Experiment with brief, approachable but profound pranayama techniques. Then allow yourself deepest access to the Ashtanga system of vinyasa, a breath-based meditation in motion. Our core reminds that from this perspective, the elusive transitions of hopping, floating and flying all become yours to practice. Dylan is honored to offer this kick-off class to any and all. The techniques employed will be of huge service in any yoga asana practice, sitting practices or even in daily life. Let’s sail upon our breaths — together!

Stillness in Action : Bandha, Buddha and Balance (2 hours)
Dylan will maximize these two hours, offering insights from his global series of workshops, retreats and higher-level trainings. Practicing the Middle Way while working with challenging asana and transitions is quite a balancing act indeed. By exploring a paradigm of engaged emptiness, Dylan offers an internal practice that shows up on and off the mat. Organizing our entire sadhana around a return to bandha and breath allows great experience within the now. Interesting postures and vinyasas will be explored with a few meditative sitting moments interspersed.
