Christina Tomal has been teaching yoga since 2001. She is a certified instructor of the American Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500, YACEP), certified teacher of Universal Yoga, certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level II (KRI). She has finished the Ayurveda certification course at the Vivekananda institute of yoga therapy, Dr.Sc. M. Madhavan. Since 2010 Ashtanga yoga has been taught in the tradition of Shri K Pattabhi Jois in Mark Darby and Joan Pelletier. Since 2015 she has been a student at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore (KPJAYI). Since 2013 she has been the head and the leading teacher of the yoga school Om Yoga School (RYS 200) Yoga Alliance, which conducts training and certification of hatha yoga teachers according to the RYT 200 standard.
She studied with Mark Darby and Joan Pelletier (Canada), Map of Singh (France), Saraswathi Jois (India), Andrei Lappa (Ukraine).
In her classes, Christina actively uses breathing and meditation techniques. Much attention is paid to work with energy locks and energy centers. By focusing on mastering complex asanas, she teaches you to feel the body, to be fearless and aware.
She teaches to control body and emotions by accepting and understanding yourself. She learns to live every moment of life with maximum benefit, to discover new possibilities and to bring more meaning, love and light to the world.
