My yoga journey began in 2010 with a light relationship/interest in the yogic lifestyle in California near my hometown. In 2013 I underwent two operations on my knee and used yoga as a means to recovery. Meditation taught me how to overcome the physical pain. And asana practice slowly allowed me to regain full range of motion. I’ve continued to nurture my yoga journey throughout my time here in Prague. I received a 200-hr teacher training certificate in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga from Yoga Vimoksha in Goa, India in December 2015. And have also completed a 500-hr advanced teacher training in Ashtanga from Kranti Yoga in Goa, India in January 2017. I specialize in Vinyasa flow with special attention to breath work using the breath to synch the mind to the body.

I was introduced to Hot Yoga back in 2005 and ever since then I have been on my yoga journey, and it has taken me around the world and back. I’ve never committed to one single practice, but have tried out and trained in different practices to broaden my teaching-skills and deepen my own personal practice. I first trained in the Indian Himalayas and completed my first 200hr teacher training in traditional Hatha Yoga. Since then she has completed teacher trainings in AcroYoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pre/Post-Natal/Baby and Hot Yoga. I am also trained in Partner Acrobatics, Flying Therapeutics and Thai massage. I love traveling and yoga has given me the privilege to take my teaching with me and work all over the world.
I fell in love with dance back when I was seven years old and this feeling only continues to grow year after year, I received certification in 2008 to perform as a modern dance instructor. First I got in touch with yoga 4 years ago while living in Houston but the „big yoga bamm“ came to my life after I got injured on dance class. Since then I was/am discovering multiple branches of yoga – classic hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa flow, acro yoga and experimenting with dance yoga. In 2016 I completed my 200 hrs teacher training in hatha and ashtanga yoga in Rishiksh, India. After the curse during my travelling I was teaching in Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam and Indonesia.
