New York Style Jiva Roots (90 minutes)
A vigorous 90 minute Jivamukti Open Class (all levels)- after discovering Jivamukti in late 2009 I had the privilege to experience daily practice during some very iconic years at our center on Broadway in New York City. In this 90 minute session I make a homage to those years and teachers and hope to share the magic and potential of this exciting method. Expect New York Style Jiva class – chanting, philosophy and a challenging vinyasa-Hatha sequence set to an eclectic playlist.

Exploring the Field of Love (2 hours)
This 120 min workshop explores parallels between Jivamukti Yoga with discoveries in Quantum Field Theory (QFT). This workshop asks for example what is the Higgs Field and what does this have to do with Satcitananda or Ultimate Reality? How can this apply to Vinyasa and our Yoga practice? How both the Buddha and Patañjali prophesied a view to liberation that has much in common with our latest understanding of both the physical macro and subatomic Universe. Expect music – meditation and philosophy with safe but challenging Hatha and Vinyasa Karma to explore this internal Field of Love.
