I have been studying the effects of Stress for over 5 years now, researching the body and mind in order to find the root cause of one of the biggest afflictions of society. It all started when I came to the realisation that I was addicted to drugs and it was ruining my life. At the time I was working as a Personal Trainer and the more that I began to learn about Stress, the more I began to see it in the people that I was working with. I could see that a lot of the problems people were facing were more than just physical.
This began my journey into Stress, exploring the physiology and psychology that lies behind it, as well as how we can use methods such as Yoga, Breathing and Meditation to manage the effects of stress in our bodies.
Over the last few years, I have combined my knowledge with various forms of coaching as a method of transforming the stress in our lives into more empowering forms of Stress by setting and achieving goals, working towards something, meeting your values and creating a purpose to your life, as well as creating space for emotional healing.
It is the combination of all these factors that I bring forth in my practice in a personal approach that is designed to locate the problem, use the methods appropriate to your specific situation to transform your perception and experience, create tangible steps for moving forward and take action in the direction you have deemed fulfilling.
