In this session there will be introduced the basic concept and method of practice of yogAsana. We will look in detail at Surya Namaskar and how to integrate them into a flowing sequence that includes a standing series of postures. The session will conclude with an introduction to meditation. What it is, the benefits and purpose. We will have opportunity to practice a simple breathing practice.

yogAsana Hip Series WORKSHOP
This sequence of postures is designed to throughly mobilise the hips and pelvis for the purpose of developing a comfortable seated posture that can be used in meditation practice. Also we will explore more into aspects of how to use a concentrated mind to solve our daily problems.
